Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime after meeting the minimum commitment for your tier (if applicable).

• To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

• Subscription items are made-to-order and non-refundable once processed.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.

One-Time Purchases

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled if it has already begun processing or shipped.

• If you need to cancel before processing begins, contact us immediately at support@stateofchic.com.

• All non-custom retail items follow our standard 14-day return policy.
