Returns & Exchanges
At State of Chic, LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering a vast selection of premium art prints, home decor, apparel, and tech accessories designed to inspire and elevate your space.
Since all our pieces are made-to-order and printed on demand, we do not hold pre-printed inventory. As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or product swaps. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or replacements unless an item is damaged upon arrival.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@stateofchic.com with clear photos of the damage. We will review your case and provide a replacement for the same item at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, please allow processing time:
✔ Check your bank account for the refund update.
✔ Contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for the refund to post.
✔ Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items & Gift Returns
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Gifts: Since we do not hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds, credits, or replacements for gifted items.
